Refund policy

Our light show packs are digital downloads. We want them to work in your car, so our policy is simple.

Full refund if it doesn’t play

If a show from your purchase won’t play on a supported, up-to-date vehicle after you’ve followed our setup steps and run your files through our light show checker, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

Changed your mind

If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, we’ll refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once a download has started we can’t take it back, but write to us anyway — we’ll always try to help.

How to ask

Email hello@gearwisp.com with the email address you paid with and a sentence about what happened. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for our sales and may also issue refunds where consumer law requires.
